Responsible for audit of transporters TARs, deliveries, vendors account balances, unrepresented waybills and other transactions for prompt payment and reconciliations to ensure zero deficits, using SAP and other statistical measures for trend analysis and I make recommendations for sound business decisions. Also, responsible for the safety, effective and efficient operations of the gas stations and trucks in consonance with legislation, mechanical and GIT compliance, company and group policies and procedures. A key contact for Forte Oil’s internal stakeholders, customers, and external suppliers and collectors. Managed the entire order cycle, discharge and dispense of petroleum products for business development, sustainability, distribution of products and customer satisfaction.
• Use data from IT systems and SAP to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements in transactions.
• Prepares report on each transporter's TAR for follow-up action by billing & distribution unit
• Plan logistics and persuades drivers to go to 3rd party depots especially when there is traffic gridlock and oversees their activities in such depots for zero friction
• Ensure gas stations and trucks comply with all safety needs and are earthed and parked with head facing the exit while loading products.
• Responsible for performing pump integrity test (PIT) to ensure efficient dispensing of white products
• Prepare weekly station inspection reports and monthly collation of sanctions and disciplinary actions taken for trend analysis
• Liaise and relate with dealers and franchise on the safety needs and requirements of existing and incoming forte court (gas stations).
• Liaise and relate with haulers and drivers on safety needs and requirements of existing and incoming trucks.
• Keep track of repairs, quality and quantity of parts used and/or recommended, delivery times and place cold calls on drivers for empathy and efficient passage of loaded trucks depots to end users of our products

• Prompt returns of comprehensive checklists for exist and incoming new trucks and haulers metrics.
• Prepare daily truck inspection reports and monthly collation of sanctioned trucks
• Ensure the Loading gantry is clean and that precautionary measures are taken during and after loading of petroleum products.
